All sales are final, as each piece is custom made. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse and incorrect size.
All items are closely inspected and carefully packaged to ensure the item arrives safely to your home. Your satisfaction is our goal!
- Like for like exchanges will be granted for damaged or defective merchandise.
- Free shipping included with the transaction.
- Notify us by email within two days of receiving the damaged/defective product to obtain approval for exchange at sales@BlacqueladiStyles.com.
- Include photos of the damaged merchandise to help our quality inspection team determine the extent of the damage.
- You will receive directions by email on how to return the defective/damaged merchandise.
- Merchandise must be unused and in the same condition received.
- Merchandise must be in the original packaging.
- Once the damaged item is received in our warehouse, the replacement item will be shipped.
- Customers are encouraged to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to guarantee delivery of return merchandise.
- Orders can be canceled and refunded within 24 hours of initiation.
- A full refund will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- A refund can take up to 5 days to reflect in your account depending on your bank.
